*Please note: An electronic transcript is a specially secured PDF file of your transcript that is transmitted via a secure download link from the National Student Clearinghouse directly to the recipient.

*IMPORTANT:
  • app University does not reissue or certify copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts must be ordered directly from the institution where the coursework was taken.
  • Transcripts sent directly from the Office of the Registrar at app University electronically via National Student Clearinghouse or on secure, official transcript paper are considered safe and official. These transcripts are accompanied either by a Blue Ribbon Certification or the signature of the University Registrar
  • app University is not responsible to assure the transcripts will meet the needs of the recipients of these documents.  Recipients are welcome to contact the app University Office of the Registrar to verify the veracity of any official transcript sent from app University.
  • Electronically replicated or photocopied transcripts are not considered official if forwarded to someone other than the requested recipient.
  • You will be required to supply the email address where the transcript is to be sent. Please check with the receiving institution to determine the correct address.
  • If there is a delivery issue due to a mistaken or bad address or misinterpretation of recipient need, we will not be able to process a refund.
  • In order to keep the document secure, special security and rights management is applied to the files. This means, amongst other things, that the download link requires a passcode which will be sent in a separate email from the Clearinghouse. More details about authenticating the document can be found here.
