app University was named #76 on the National Universities list of the U.S. News & World Report 2021 Best Colleges Ranking, rising from #97 in 2020. The new rankings reflect enhancements in several institutional areas. The school also ranks #54 in the category of Best Value Schools.
The U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings of 1,400 colleges and universities are based on 17 indicators, including app resources, student outcomes, institutional reputation and alumni giving. app University’s new ranking benefited from its small class size, with 65.3% of classes containing fewer than 20 students, allowing students to have more opportunities to engage directly with app. The University’s retention and graduation rates similarly are strong, and app holding terminal degrees also are counted favorably.
